Incoming Quality Control
The first step in our quality control process is the initial inspection. We carefully check all raw silicone materials that enter our factor as they provide the foundation for the eventual finished silicone products. We only purchase from the top manufacturers in the field which already ensures a high level of quality. However, we go a step further to double-check that all materials are compliant with ROHS, REACH, and other safety standards.
In-Process Quality Control
While most silicone production companies focus on pre and post-manufacturing quality control, Seehope goes a step further by implementing in-process quality inspections. Since the most important changes are occurring in the middle of development, it’s important to ensure everything is up to standard. While our workers stick to our rigid and top-tier Standard Operating Procedure, our IPQC inspectors will examine each step of the production process to make sure the quality is up to snuff. This can also work to reduce the reject ratio.
Finished Product Inspection
Once the final silicone products are complete, our team implements yet another quality inspection. During this examination, we’re ensuring the devices live up to their design specifications in terms of dimension, wear resistance, hardness, durability, and more. We want to be certain that our clients get precisely what they ordered. Each product s inspected, not just a few from the batch, making this one of the most thorough inspections in the industry.
